Our attention to detail in searching for different venues, as well as our constant striving to come up with something totally unique, to ensure that each function is memorable for the guests. Over and above this, we feel that clients benefit from the credibility we have built up with numerous Corporate and charity associations, as well as our huge list of contacts. We often team up with other event companies and handle certain aspects of the different functions, i.e. we are totally flexible in this regard. We are a team of dedicated, hard working people, who love what we are doing and constantly strive to better the lives of all those we come into contact with. FUNCTION CO-ORDINATION

PROPOSED STRUCTURE FOR HANDLING VARIOUS ACCOUNTS

We take a brief from the client, put a proposal together and give an outline of the function. Once this has been generally approved we supply a draft budget and we give an account to the client of exactly which Event Managment Group we would be bringing on board. We have regular meetings with the client and we are on site for build up and breakdown and whilst the event take place to ensure everything runs smoothly.

BILLING STRUCTURE

As per the norm in the events industry, to ensure that we are able to supply the preferred entertainers, décor specialists and venue, we require a minimum of 50% of the total bill on acceptance of the budget. This ensures that we can pay a deposit and “fix” the suppliers. We require the balance of 50% at least two weeks before the event, to ensure that the venue, caterers etc., are paid in full and the entertainers are paid on the night or by the end of the day.  
  Our Client’s database is effortlessly growing mainly on account of our operational belief and motivation, being that we carefully analyse the needs of the client making sure that the whole package is groomed/dressed with the finest quality.
